Delete your account
You can delete your TLC Med Clinics account and personal data at any time, from the app or from this website. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
How to delete it
- In the TLC Med Clinics app: open Profile, then tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
- On this website: sign in, open Settings, and choose Close this account.
- Upcoming appointments are cancelled straight away and those times go back to the clinic. A payment already made is not refunded automatically — call the clinic about it before you delete.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used.
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your notification settings and the devices registered for notifications.
- All upcoming appointments.
What the clinic has to keep
Consultations that have already taken place stay in the clinic's medical records, with your name and phone number removed. The clinic is required to keep them; it cannot delete them on request.
